A classic old-school French bistro sauce. Decadent, rich, creamy, depth, with just a slight kick. Serve it over steak, chicken, duck, or vegetables!

How to make your sauce:
1. In a sauce pan over low to medium heat, add the brick and 1 TBSP of water and stir continuously until smooth.
2. If the sauce begins to separate, add 1 TBSP of water and continue whisking on low heat, simmering until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
3. Serve immediately. Best served over steak, chicken, duck or mushrooms.
